Description

Stomata and Leaf Anatomy Dataset for in vitro banana plants of two banana varieties (Truly Tiny and Little Prince) were exposed to different light sources. The dataset represents evaluations of stomata number and size and leaf anatomy parameters. The in vitro plants were grown in a growth chamber room under controlled conditions in Homestead, Florida. The data was collected by a USAID funded graduate student, Cassandre Feuille, at the University of Florida under the supervision of Wagner Vendrame.
