GSA Library of Buildings

A set of GSA building data used to estimate embodied carbon by using C.Scale, an embodied carbon estimating tool, on GSA existing buildings in 2025. This data is provided in accordance with the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act (FSGGA) of 2023, Congress directed GSA to create this "library of buildings."

Note that this report does not reflect current GSA policy, but was conducted pursuant to the 2023 legislative requirement. The report is being published pursuant to the transparency expectations of the Gold Standard Science executive order and corresponding GSA policy.
