The Federal Activities Inventory Reform (FAIR) Act Inventory contains GSA's information related to the determination of whether a position is commercial or inherently governmental in nature. Total Full-time Equivalent (FTE) are listed by activity, city and state and a designation of commercial (C) or inherently governmental (I).
