Description
An investigation into the white goods regulation of the municipality of Groningen.
The municipality of Groningen has decided to carry out a pilot project for the supply of a second-hand refrigerator, washing machine, cooker, television or computer for one year, from 1 March 2014 to 1 March 2015. After permission from the municipality, Minima can find the required product in one of the thrift stores or second-hand white goods stores in Groningen. So they no longer receive money but receive the necessary product. In general, clients, suppliers and consultants are satisfied with the white goods scheme. Despite this positive picture, a number of drawbacks and areas for improvement have been identified in this evaluation. In this summary, we briefly present the experiences of clients, suppliers and consultants.
