Vmbo students in the municipality of Groningen 2017-2022
Description
The number of pupils in secondary education in the Netherlands is falling. This decrease is mainly visible in the VMBO. The municipality of Groningen has asked the Department of Research, Information and Statistics Groningen to investigate whether this decline in VMBO pupils also played in the municipality of Groningen in the years 2017-2022. In addition, the municipality would like to know what reasons can be provided for the possible decline of VMBO students. This was investigated by means of conversations with teachers such as school data.
