Benchmark Wvg/WMO: circle 1 Groningen, Emmen, Almelo, Enschede, Hengelo (O), Zwolle, Apeldoorn (2005). In response to the wish of municipalities to compare themselves in the field of the implementation of the Wvg, a benchmark Wvg was developed in 2001. The objective of the 2005 benchmark is to achieve a better implementation of the Wvg. This concerns the number of provisions provided, the expenditure on these provisions, the implementation costs and the quality of the policy. When comparing data, the story behind the numbers and exchange is important. We are looking for explanations for differences found. In the 2005 benchmark, a lot of attention was paid to the WMO. Data have been collected with regard to household care. The introduction of the WMO, the collection of own contributions and the project organisation were also discussed.
