Description
Bureau GeldZorg and the Groningse Kredietbank are increasingly being called upon, which, among other things, leads to heavy workloads and longer waiting times. This development requires Bureau GeldZorg and the Groningen Credit Bank to think about differentiating the offer. In order to tailor the offer well to the customers, it is important to gain early insight into the different types of customers. From an economic point of view, the so-called ‘dropouts’ and repeat offenders in particular cost a lot of time and therefore money.
Although her research is very informative, the GeldZorg Bureau and the Groningse Kredietbank provide too little evidence of potential outages. They have asked Bureau Onderzoek to develop a diagnostic tool that provides the consultants with tools to identify potential failures at an early stage. The consultants can then take the desired steps earlier on the basis of this instrument.
The problem of dropouts is not unique to both Groningen facilities, but also plays elsewhere in the country. In addition to the clients Bureau GeldZorg and the Groningen Credit Bank, Bureau Schuldhulpverlening Dordrecht, Budget Adviescentrum Deventer participate in this research.
