Satisfaction survey integrated business counter
Description
Within the framework of the Government Desk 2000 programme, the Business Desk project is being realised.
Currently, three so-called vanguard projects are active, in the municipality of Groningen,
the region of Northwest Holland and in the province of Drenthe.
Commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Research for Policy developed a satisfaction monitor for the Business Desk in 2001. A baseline measurement was carried out in the first half of 2001.
At the request of the Ministry, Research for Policy has now carried out the One Measurement. In this report you will find the findings of this study.
