Satisfaction of Wvg clients
Description
In the context of the Wvg benchmark, a Quick Scan Client Satisfaction has been developed. A compact study into the satisfaction of Wvg clients with the implementation of the Wvg. The following topics were discussed: satisfaction with facilities, the application and handling procedure and the treatment by the employees. A total of 15 municipalities and associations participated in 2005.
