Back from offside, evaluation Poverty Pact
Description
This study describes the effects of the Poverty Pact mainly from the point of view of a number of institutions involved in the Pact. The structure has a similar thematic structure to that of the Poverty Pact itself: For each theme, the effects that the corresponding agreements have so far produced are described. A qualitative approach has been chosen for the evaluation of this project.
Through interviews, the effects of the agreements made are mapped out. It also indicates what is still missing and looks at how these additions can be given shape.
