On behalf of VNO-NCW Noord, ETIN Adviseurs carried out a study into the development and creation of business parks.
The creation of new business parks has become a politically sensitive subject since the call of the Minister of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment - Jacqueline Cramer - against the cluttering of the Netherlands. This gives the discussion about the appearance of business parks an extra dimension. What is almost forgotten in this discussion to date is the position of the market and its ability to come up with intelligent solutions.
Efficiently deal with the scarce space and at the same time ensure quality. This applies to homes, but also to business parks.
