Description
Research into the way in which institutions that are subsidised by the municipality are monitored and accounted for on the basis of the services they have provided.
The aim of the study was to determine whether the municipality has sufficient supervision of these institutions.
The Court's committee concludes that this supervision is generally quite good, but that it can be even tighter and that the supervisory and accompanying powers of officials must be separated.
