Research into communication services provided by Dutch municipalities
Description
In this study, 100 of the 476 Dutch municipalities were tested for communication services. We looked at large, medium-sized and smaller municipalities.
On the basis of three cases, the communication via telephone, website and e-mail was tested. In addition, there was a random desk visit. This established the uniformity of the communication of the Dutch municipalities. The cases consist of requests for information about building permits, harvesting permits and relocations.
