Supermarkets play the most important role in district, neighbourhood and community centres. Modern supermarkets, with sufficient parking and good accessibility are essential for the functioning of these shopping areas. In all categories, a decrease in particular in the non-daily range of shops should be taken into account. However, this also offers opportunities for other functions, such as care, service or living.
