National office market survey 2007
Description
NVM BOG commissioned a study by ECORYS into the extent to which the current office market meets the housing requirements of users of office space with a size of less than 500 m2. The market has been looked at from different angles. On the government side, the policy of municipalities has been analysed. Tenants of office space smaller than 500 m2 were asked about their location requirements and preferences.
Furthermore, on the market side, brokers and developers were asked about their experience and vision on the office market up to 500 m2.
