Description
This final report evaluates the results of the Day Plan project. During the period 2002-2007, a total of 177 projects were developed within the Daily Work Plan project to facilitate the combination of work and care. The project will end on 1 October 2007.
The evaluation of Daily Schedule provides insight into:
– The solutions developed by the projects to facilitate the combination of work and care
– The contribution that these solutions make to the various themes within Dagdeling;
– The extent to which these solutions have been disseminated and anchored by the projects;
– Policy recommendations to further disseminate and anchor these solutions.
The municipality of Groningen is mentioned several times in this report, among other things in connection with successful projects and solutions.
