This report answers the following questions:
* How is the current Groningen coffeeshop policy shaped?
* To what extent is there (experienced) nuisance in the vicinity of the 14 coffee shops in Groningen?
* What is the nature and extent of the coffeeshop visit at the 14 coffeeshops in Groningen?
*To what extent is there drug tourism and to what extent do drug tourists exhibit nuisance behavior?
*Is it desirable to adjust the local coffee shop policy and if so, in what sense?
*What are the possibilities of adapting the local coffeeshop policy and what could be the consequences of this?
