The principal question of the sponsor for the study is as follows:
How can the studio policy of the municipality of Groningen contribute positively to an attractive business climate for artists?
The main question is answered by dividing it into four sub-questions.
• Looking at (future) supply and demand?
• Insight into the working method in realizing sufficient supply of space (temporary/permanent) and the redirection of (potential) tenants to workspace?
• View of the workshop policy in a number of other cities: supply and need of workspace, m2 price, organization and policy?
• View on profile and positioning driver studio policy?
