Customer Satisfaction Survey Student Transport
Description
The student transport in the city is going well. This is evident from a satisfaction survey among parents, children, schools and transport company Connexxion. The municipality is fast and customer-friendly and the transport of the children is accurate and good.
A bottleneck is the change of drivers. The most important starting point for student transport is a regular driver along the same route with fixed pick-up and drop-off times. But when the regular driver is once free or sick and suddenly a new driver comes to the door, it turns out that there are unwritten agreements between parents and drivers that the central station does not know.
