Customer satisfaction survey Stedelijke Muziekschool Groningen 2011
Description
In December 2011, O&S Groningen conducted an internet survey among pupils and students of the Stedelijke Muziekschool Groningen and their parents to ask their opinion about the quality of the school and its offer.
Opinions were overwhelmingly positive. Nevertheless, with a few outcomes, one can go even further to further improve the quality of the school and the offer.
