Chance card of the Netherlands
Description
Together with Atlas voor Gemeenten and the Sociaal Cultureel Planbureau, the SEV has developed the ‘Opportunity map of the Netherlands’. It identifies for the first time which districts score least favourably on a set of objective degradation indicators, in cities as well as in rural areas.
The first step towards a more focused approach. Using example neighborhoods, it is demonstrated how diagnosis and therapy are determined.
