Groninger Forum, impact analysis development Grote Markt (east side)
Description
The Municipality of Groningen has plans for a redevelopment of the east side of the Grote Markt.
In order to contribute to a balanced decision-making process, the municipality had a look at the spatial-economic effects of the intended developments on the inner city in 2005.
Due to the further development of the plans since then, the report entitled ‘Effect Analysis of the development of the Grote Markt (Eastern side): spatial-economic impact for the city of Groningen’ has become obsolete.
ECORYS has been asked to carry out an update of the impact analysis. This report presents the results of the study. The report is readable as a stand-alone document.
