Joint care for vulnerable citizens
Description
The OGGz cooperation entered into force in 2002. The agreement ends in February 2005. Reasons to evaluate the partnership. This report answers the question of whether the current OGGz activities achieve what is intended by the OGGz covenant. In order to answer this question, both those directly involved and key officials, who have to deal with the partnership in their work, were interviewed.
