Evaluation pilot Maine boats
Description
In May 2008, the VVD political group asked written questions about the creation of berths for small boats. As a result of this proposal, a trial was carried out in the summer of 2009 at the Winschoterdiep near De Linie to gain more insight into the need and use of such berths.
Due to the interest shown and the positive experiences, the College decided in November 2010 (RO 10.2426637) to extend the trial by 2 years and to expand the number of sites to 5.
It has been agreed that the trial will be evaluated after 2 years.
