Quality and Safety Survey

Description

Every two years, the Quality of Life and Safety survey is conducted in the municipality of Groningen. Residents of the municipality are asked a standardized list of questions about the experience of livability and safety in their own living environment. One of the objectives of policy is to improve the quality of life and safety in problem areas of large cities. Monitoring the quality of life and safety experience is one of the tools to check to what extent this objective is being achieved. But the monitor is also important for municipal policy. The results may lead to policy changes at city, district and/or neighbourhood level.
