A matter of time: time bottlenecks of facility users

Work, household, children, study, hobbies, all within the 24 hours that a day counts. More people work, more people combine all kinds of tasks. Research shows that between 1995 and 2000 the Dutch were significantly busier.
This research provides insight into the perceived needs and bottlenecks of users of facilities and services in the city of Groningen. The central question in the study is:
What time bottlenecks do users of facilities and services in the city of Groningen experience in combining the functions of living, working, caring, recreation, traffic, healthcare, study and childcare?
