Discussion paper Top sport / Talent development
Description
The starting point of the trajectory towards the top sports note was a presentation of the principles for this note to your council in September 2011.
These principles are listed in Annex 1 and can be found elsewhere in this note.
This document is the second step in the process towards the Topsportnota: the discussion paper on top-level sport. This is an opinion-forming document, with which we want to open the debate with those involved in the world of top sport.
We have opted for a discussion paper, in order to shape the development of the Groningen top sports note in an interactive way and to create maximum support in the sports and education world.
