Digital services for municipalities are not yet very mature
Description
Ernst & Young EDP Audit conducted a benchmark study on digital services in the period from April to 5 May 2006.
The benchmark study compared the digital counters of all 458 Dutch municipalities. Based on a number of research questions per municipality, it was determined how mature the digital services are aimed at the citizen. It also examined how the different payment methods and methods of verification available are used.
