Description
With the implementation of this monitor, the municipality of Leeuwarden wants to be able to properly exercise its role as a centre municipality for social care and addiction policy, to be able to set the right priorities, to coordinate the efforts of implementing organizations and to be accountable. In order to get the fullest possible picture of the process of marginalisation, it is essential that any (potential) homeless data are available on the use of facilities outside his or her own region.
