Description
The Complex Terrein study addresses the question of how municipal land policy is organised and how it is implemented in practice. The aim was to provide the council with more insight into this complex matter.
In order to improve supervision and understanding, the Court of Auditors has made 19 recommendations, including on skimming profits on projects, keeping good records and informing the Council in good time about deviations during the execution of land exploitation projects.
