Client experience survey WMO
Description
According to the WMO 2015, all municipalities are obliged to carry out a customer experience survey (CEO). A mandatory national questionnaire and instruction have been compiled for this purpose. Because each municipality uses this questionnaire, the results can be compared with each other (benchmark). In addition, the investigation has a signalling function.
The survey consists of the following ten mandatory questions about the support received, the contact and conversation with the municipality and the quality and effects of the support.
