Description
The citizen survey is a national survey developed by KING (Quality Institute of Dutch Municipalities). The research is done by conducting a survey among the residents of the municipality. The questions in the Citizens’ Survey relate to four main social themes: living environment, welfare and care, the relationship between resident and municipality and the direct provision of services. The results of this citizen survey have also been entered on the national website waarstaatjegemeente.nl.
