Description
In 2004, the new harvesting policy was adopted by the city council of Groningen. The main aim of the new harvesting regulation is to correct the skewed growth that has arisen between the relatively high administrative burden of a large number of harvesting licences and the low level of protection that this entails in practice.
This study from 2007 is intended to check whether the municipality has succeeded in this correction. We have examined that with those who have to deal with that regulation in practice.
