Benchmark Digital Services for Local Government
Description
This benchmark gives a maturity rating to 10 products that lend themselves to digital services.
The maturity level shows in 4 levels to what extent interaction takes place between the municipality and the citizen via the digital one-stop shop.
For each product, it was also investigated whether DigiD is used. Furthermore, the payment methods used and the verification methods have been mapped out.
