Benchmark Waste collection
Description
This is a benchmark study from 2006 on the individual performance of waste collection of the municipality of Groningen. This benchmark has three sections: Environment, Financial and Operational.
Within these three headings, around 100 performance indicators have been formulated. During the year, the following steps take place: inventory during a company visit, analysis/comparison and reporting.
