Description

Development plan of the city of Villingen-Schwenningen. Simple development plan to regulate the admissibility and exclusion of entertainment venues, amusement arcades and similar facilities. Usage: WR, WA, WB, MI, MK, GEE, area for common use (open. administration, school, church, culture, sport), railway area. The development plan contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
