Description

Development plan of the city of Villingen-Schwenningen. Change for the area between Gartencenter Späth and Wilhelm-Schickard-Straße, which aims to expand the garden centre and build a community center of the Christengemeinschaft Schwenningen. Usage: So – clinic, research, church, traffic area, green space. The development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
