Description

Development plan of the city of Villingen-Schwenningen. The aim of the development plan amendment was to create or maintain the framework conditions for the economic viability of retail establishments in the central supply areas (the two inner cities). TEXTL. Modification of GE/GI areas. The development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
