Description

Development plan of the city of Villingen-Schwenningen. The task of the development plan is to determine planning law for the planning area. Usage: GE, GI, MI, traffic areas and green spaces. The development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
