Description

Development plan of the city of Villingen-Schwenningen. Development plan change “stools”, non-independent change of Mb_1970, lifting of the prohibition of roof structures and ancillary installations up to 20 m³. The development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
