Description

Development plan of the city of Villingen-Schwenningen. Development plan amendment "Hofäcker", non-independent amendment of Mb_1970, lifting of the ban on roof structures and ancillary facilities up to 20 m3. The development plan contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
