Description

Development plan of the city of Villingen-Schwenningen. Simple (non-qualified) development plan to regulate the admissibility and exclusion of entertainment venues, arcades and similar facilities. Usage: GEE; WA; MI; THAT’S HOW; GI; MK; WR; WB; GE. The development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning system. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
