Description

Development plan of the city of Villingen-Schwenningen. Usage: MD, Traffic area, Bebaungplan-Changing “Back meadows”. This modification of the development plan is intended to meet the needs of the residents and their structural expansion wishes, as well as to safeguard the largely existing use of the land under planning law. Usage: WR, WA, Traffic area, The development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
