Description
Act of 12 November 1992 establishing the National Park Neusiedler See — Seewinkel (Law on the National Park Neusiedler See — Seewinkel — NPG 1992).
This Act implements the constitutional provisions of the 44 and 45 of the Burgenland Nature Conservation and Landscape Conservation Act (NG 1990), LGBl. No 27/1991, which declares the areas set out in paragraphs 6(1) and 7(1) to be the Neusiedler See — Seewinkel National Park.
