Description
Strategic noise map for the city of Ghent concerning total according to RL 2002/49/EC. The reference year of these dates is
2016.

parameter Lnight. The Lnight level is the annual average noise level
during the night (23-07h) and is one of the noise indicators that
be representative of possible nocturnal sleep disturbance.
