Fugacity of carbon dioxide (fCO2), temperature, salinity and other variables collected from surface underway observations using shower head equilibrator, carbon dioxide gas detector and other instruments from R/V Thomas G. Thompson cruises in the Pacific Ocean in 2023 (NCEI Accession 0292121)

Description

This dataset consists of surface underway ocean measurements of fugacity of carbon dioxide (fCO2), salinity, and sea surface temperature collected during R/V Thomas G. Thompson cruises in the Pacific Ocean from 2023-01-22 to 2024-01-10. The measurements were collected to evaluate the spatial distribution of air-sea CO2 flux. These measurements were collected with support from NOAA's Global Ocean Monitoring and Observing (GOMO) Program.
