Description
Annual Sampling Reports for antimicrobial resistance, specifically in cecal and product. Product reports consist of data for Salmonella, Campylobacter, and Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC). Reports are updated annually. See the FSIS website for additional information.
