Description
Salmonella verification testing aggregated data for Young Chicken and Turkey Carcasses, Raw Chicken Parts, and NRTE Comminuted Poultry establishments. Data is updated on the 20th of every month, or the following business day if the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday. See the FSIS website for additional information.
