Description
In accordance with Section 14(4) of the Tyrolean Regional Planning Act (TROG), the Tyrolean Government is required to collect and publish on the Internet the number of recreational residences on the basis of the mayors’ reports, see https://www.tirol.gv.at/statistik-budget/statistik/freizeitwohnsitze/.
A note: Recreational residences that exist on the basis of an exceptional authorisation pursuant to Section 13(7) TROG are not relevant for calculations pursuant to Section 13(4) TROG.
