Freedom of Information Act Request Log System -
Description
This system manages FHWA FOIA requests and is used to better meet the extensive annual reporting requirements imposed by statute (5 USC ยง 552). The FOIA Management System has approximately 110 FHWA Headquarters and Field users, and is also used by FMCSA, PHMSA, OST, FTA, OIG, and NHTSA, with separate reimbursable agreements in place for each Operating Administration.
